Donkey Saturday

Come on Joe, bad weather coming guess
we need to get in the barn.
Smoke and Joe being nice to Spot the cat.
******************
We had a visitor yesterday, a little black calf
who evidently came over from next door. We
were a little afraid of him at first. We hope he
has gone home by now.
**************
We sure hope no one gets hit too hard by
this snow ice rain storm coming.
*********************
Hope everyone's Saturday is  a good one.

  1. You guys stay safe. Freezing rain/sleet is challenging for us, and we're used to that kind of bad weather, here up north.

We hope Two Two is feeling better; continued purrs to her and to you all.

  2. Great of them to be so nice to the kitty. Hopefully no one gets the storm too bad and the calf found his way home.

  3. Purring and praying you are going to be safe in that storm that's a brewing and that Mom Marg can get to you okay for your food and snacks. We got 10.5 inches in our blizzard last week! Too early for this! Hugs

  6. I hope it's not much of a storm. It's always a delight when they predict awful and it's not so bad.

I love Smoke and Joe. So cute, and being nice to the kitty is the right thing to do.

Have a donkeytastic weekend. My best to your wonderful mom. ♥♥♥

  7. We up here in Michigan, we are used to ice and snow storms, but it's never fun. Hope all who are in for nasty weather make it out okay!

  10. you are going to think I am crazy, but I am so jealous of all of you who are getting bad weather right now. I wish we had it, seriously!! We are cold, but no snow at all in our forecast for at least most of the week. Be safe and stay warm!

  12. How nice to have a visitor. Maybe the calf wanted to stop by and make sure you knew about the bad weather coming :)

  13. I just read about Two Two. I hope she is feeling better by the time you read this. Is there relief for her? I'd hate to think she will be in discomfort for long.

  14. A calf can be scary. I never even saw one in real life. Stay in the barn and keep safe and warm for the storm, boys. Hope it comes and goes fast without too much discomfort for anybody.

    Love and licks,

  15. Joe and Smoke - we are all hoping you don't get hit by that bad weather. You sure don't need an ice storm or a big snowfall. Stay safe. Hugs to Two Two.

  17. We have had nothing but bad weather for several weeks. We are dreaming of a little sunshine.

We are sending some big Percheron neighs for little Two-Two.
