Tabby Tuesday

Here is our Mew Mew girl who has left the building (house) again. She does seem to be happy outside.
Here she is on the porch where she mainly stays. She has a bum hind leg which is not bad at all, but makes it hard for her to go up steps. So she stays pretty close to home.
She is keeping her eye on things.

Have a terrific Tuesday.

  8. She's a pretty girl too. She'll do what she feels comfortable with and you'll go along. It's what good kitty parents do.

Have a purrfect Tabby Tuesday. My best to your mom. ♥♥♥

  9. Mew Mew, you are a beauty. At least you stay close to home, because that is indeed where you are safest. Please never stray far from your mom Marg, Mew Mew!

It is so tough when you want to keep them inside, but they get so much joy out of being outdoors. My neighbor's cat is the same way. He lived his first couple years outdoors on a farm, and when my neighbor brought him into town, he started begging and begging to go outdoors. So, he gets to have time outside just like Mew Mew. He visits us often (he knows we have treats), and takes lots of naps on our back patio.

    Purrs to all of you!

  11. Awww...such a pretty girl! Hobbes is like that--he likes to be outside, but close enough to come in. But we make him come in when we leave or go in for the day.

  14. Take it slow, MM. Mom used to have a bum leg. Then the doctor fixed it by putting a brand new knee on it.

  21. Our Tripod is very similar in attitude. Mostly she's happy to live in the house (especially since the dog took her leg several years ago, before she was ours), but she has to have her outdoor time every day unless it's raining. Just on the porch or the grass right in front, but she cannot be content without some time outdoors.
