Mahoney's day

I caught Mahoney, Maggie's daughter,  as a tiny little kitten. Needless to say, she was not hard to catch. When I got her home, I put her in my big bathroom so she wouldn't have to deal with all the other cats. I was amazed that when she had been in there for about two weeks, I let her out and darned if Maggie didn't recognize her and Mahoney recognized her Mom. 
She was a tiny little thing but had already begun to gain some weight.  

As you can see, she grew up to be a very pretty young lady.
Now Mom and Daughter  are just best of friends. Maggie on the left and Mahoney on the right. They clean each other's faces etc. all the time.  Maggie is very thankful that she got to raise Mahoney after all.

    Hides ho tiny Mahoney.....what a doll. For sure you grew up to be gorgeous under the care of both moms?
    Mom still giggles when she remembers she first called you Maloney.

    Oh my goodness, what a tiny and adorable kitten Mahoney was! And she certainly did grow up to be a beauty, just like her mother. I love that Maggie got to raise Mahoney, and how beautiful they are together. Thank you for sharing these stories with us!

    I remember you bringing Mahoney home. I'm so glad Maggie got to raise one of her litter. Mahoney has a great personality too. Let's not forget that.
